WOW Community Platform and WOW Learning Lab – EULA & Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1st February 2025

This Combined End-User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms and Conditions (T&C) (“Agreement”) govern your use of the WOW Platform, WOW App and the Learning Lab (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Wowise-FZCO Ltd. (“Wealth Of Wisdom”, WOW”, “Wowise,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the WOW Platform, WOW App and Learning Lab, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, WOW grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the WOW Platform, WOW App and Learning Lab, including the content, discussion groups, courses, and any other services provided.

User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. You agree to immediately notify WOW if your account is compromised.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using the Services.
Personal Use Only: You are granted access to the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or commercial use of any content, research, or data provided is prohibited.
Community Participation: By using the WOW Platform, you agree to participate in a respectful and constructive manner. Any content posted within the platform (including discussion groups, comments, or posts) must adhere to community guidelines and must not include offensive, illegal, or harmful material.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Learning Lab and WOW Platform Subscription: Subscription fees for the Learning Lab and WOW Platform are due according to the plan you select at registration. Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
Payment Processing: Payments for the Services are processed via secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details. Subscription renewals will occur automatically unless canceled by you.
Price Changes: WOW reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Access to Services and Content

Learning Lab Courses: The Learning Lab provides access to online courses and educational content related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, and investment strategies. This content is available through subscription and may include video lectures, written materials, and quizzes.
The WOW Platform and WOW App: The WOW Platform and WOW App includes discussion groups, forums, and content posted by WOW and users. You may interact with other users through these channels, but all interactions must comply with the platform’s community guidelines and the law. Users may not use the platform for spamming, offensive conduct, or illegal activities.
- User-Generated Content: You may submit or post content (e.g., comments, questions, or posts) to the WOW Platform. By submitting content, you grant Wowise a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and community standards.
- Moderation: WOW reserves the right to moderate, remove, or block content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content provided as part of the Services.
Misuse the platform, including sharing your account credentials, spamming, or reselling content or research.
Post or distribute offensive, harmful, or illegal content within the WOW Platform, including in discussion groups, posts, or comments.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Right to Cancel: By subscribing to the Learning Lab and the WOW Platform, you acknowledge and agree that once you access the digital content or services, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive is waived. This means you will not be entitled to a refund if you begin using the services before the end of the 14-day period.
Exceptions: The 14-day right to cancel applies only if the digital content or services have not been accessed. Once you log in to your account using your credentials, you are considered to have accessed the content. As such, the right to cancel is waived, and no refunds will be issued after login.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to the Services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations must be made through the user account settings or by contacting customer support.

Limitation of Liability

Wowise is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to the use or inability to use the Services, including any errors or omissions in content, data, or research.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and Wowise does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Termination

Wowise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement, misuse of the Services, or involvement in unlawful activities.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of DIFC. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of DIFC.
Arbitration: Any disputes related to this Agreement will be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to the Agreement

Wowise reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
